1. Dear all,

   I would like to create a company/shop in Luxembourg, and I would like to know what would I need to do it.

   The shop would be to sell goods, in terms of decoration and accessories.

   1. Dear Helena,

      for opening your shop you will have to get a permission that is called (in French) « Autorisation d’établissement ».
      For this you need some documents that are your diplomas or « brevet de maîtrise », have sufficient knowledge in business administration (there is an official course that delivers the needed certification after passing an exam, see at http://www.houseoftraining.lu) and some other documents like a « Déclaration sur l’honneur ».
      You will have to choose if you will run your shop as a sole proprietor or if you want to create a company (Sàrl, S.A., …).
